As your life-coach, I'm excited to partner with you in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. Coaching is an ongoing relationship which focuses on the realization of your visions, goals or desires.

I will work with you using a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build your level of awareness and responsibility. I will provide you with structure, support and feedback.

Through the coaching process, we will define your major goals - both professional and personal. I will work with you to help you achieve these goals faster and with more ease than would otherwise be possible.

Here is how the Coaching Process works:

First, call me to arrange a free complementary consultation so that you can experience coaching first hand. I will answer any questions you have and you can decide if coaching is right for you at this time.

Second, we will schedule a Foundation Session. During this two-hour meeting, we will evaluate your unique strengths, values, and talents and explore how they are showing up in different areas of your life.

Third, through regularly scheduled coaching calls (weekly frequency will depend on the package you choose) we will deepen your learning and design specific action steps that will move you forward toward the future you desire. As you complete this work, you will experience outward and inward changes that will enhance your enjoyment and quality of life.
